        If theres one thing that sets the Avondale complex apart from the rest is the maintenance crew. They are outstanding, impeccable customer service and a great group of guys. Customer service standards are impeccable. I wish I can hire these guys for my shop.

        Slumlord management at luxury prices UPDATE 2: The Avondales apologetic response to my review highlighting how they strive to always provide 5 star service has been deleted. My advice: strive harder UPDATE: Following this response I visited the office to make things right per their invitation. They told me they did not write this response, it was corporate, and I was directed to attorneys (because I am one, not because Im trying to sue anyone). The backstory: management illegally tows cars with expired registration because they receive kickbacks from towing companies. They deny this is illegal. ORIGINAL: Beautiful apartments, atrocious management. When the complex initially sent out an email soliciting 5 star reviews I chuckled at the thought and moved on. However, these very reviews are part of what led me to select this complex in the first place so I felt compelled to provide at least one honest (unsolicited) review.
