The entire leasing office were friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with my move in but all were handled quickly.

this place is unbelievable. I only did my application and it was a nightmare. Three people told me three different things. The assistant manager was no help. Nobody will communicate with me. Danielle and Hannah were so nice to me. The assistant manager didnt really feel like helping me, the manager told me there was a Spanish-speaking person, but the assistant manager kept saying they dont have a Spanish-speaking people which I know is not true how we are in 2024 and there is not even one person I speak Spanish she didnt feel like helping me and I felt like it was discrimination

Great customer service when you first come in. I really loved the apartment complex when I first saw it. The people in the office seem nice at first. I put in my application, put down a refundable holding fee of $250 and a non-refundable $50 credit check fee.. 5 days went by I hadn't heard from them so I called them. The lady that answered the phone was like oh you didn't get a email from us saying that you were denied. I said no and asked why was I denied, the lady told me that my social security numbers didn't match. On the application the security number typed in didn't match my social security card. I told her that was probably a typo air. She didn't care, she told me that I will not get my holding fee of $250. because of that typo air. They could have called me and told me there was a air in the application and it could have been fixed but instead they ripped me off for my money.
