Harbor Island Apartments

I've been living here since April I admit it's Koo having free cable & electricity BUT the ROACHES are too much the people banging on my door that I don't know no screens on the windows no window stoppers to open the window my cable works sometimes other times I can go a whole day without TV because of the cable I admit I love the 3 ladies in the office Linda Gail & the lady with the long hair BUT lately I'm not feeling safe nor comfortable anymore

Owner tried evicted a 6o something yr old man. After he complained about water soaked carpet.. It turned out sprinkler was broke snd leakin into apt. They came and carpet clean rug. Left rug wetter. Roaches crawling out of rug. On top of the fact roaches everywhere else. They wouldn't exterminate. But will ignore obvious drug selling and using. Large pits are owned by residents. Kids not safe. Seen owners of pits fighting to restrain pits from kids running by. When older gentleman tried to discussrug issue. Owner became irrate and showed no care. Resident was in a matter of minutes threaten with large fine for his company that was visiting. One who was willing to prove they she have a resident. Who tried to talk to manager about how they was walking to resident unit. Group if people smoking weed etc. And they had large pits. The lady blonde long hair in maintenace standing a few feet away. While kids close by had no concern.The others were a police officer in regular clothes and a caseworker. The lady from Maintenance blond long hair. Made a false report. After approaching older gentleman. She was very irrate. And very rude. Also they advertise. Internet service. There is none. In his 4 months stay he had to experience numerous times cable problem water being off for days.

They say they have rules. They say they control the property. Its a lie. Music blasts all nite. Security sits in the office doing nothing ALL night. Do not move in here if you actually want to sleep
