I just moved in. I was assured that there is no cockroaches and that the unit has been sprayed before I moved in. Not sure if the did spray theres tons of little baby cockroaches and they said they can have it sprayed again. If its been sprayed prior to my move in why would they spray it. Also I asked if I can terminate my lease yes but I wont get my money back. Be careful renting from here I assure you will have a problem with these infestation and homeless ppl sleep on the stairwells and charge there phones at all outlets that are outside

Huge Shoutout to Jackie! I was driving by and decided to stop into Ridge on Charleston because I was curious about the complex. I was greeted by Jackie, explaining I was interested in a one bedroom apartment. Without hesitation she got the information she needed from me and took me on a whole tour of the complex + 1 bedroom! Her Friendliness, Humor and Kindness made the whole tour even more enjoyable. - I already felt right at home . Couple of days later I got my keys to my Apartment! Im so thankful for Jackie help and excited to live here. Im even recommending a friend to move here as well.

Do not move here !! Apartments are infested with roaches!! They charge a pest control fee of $2 on your rent but you have to go to the office to request it! The first few pictures I have are when I first moved in January 2022. They used to have security but got rid of them when they got a new management team. Homeless people everywhere all over the property. If you own anything white be careful because the apartment will start to turn everything brown, (I will apply those pics as well) Do not move here unless you have too !
