        Amazon customer service instructed me to take my returning item along with QR code specific to my return and show it to the UPS store clerk . It states in email from amazon in writing "no box needed, no label needed" This was rejected at store stating box and label required.

        Took a UPS box there with an expensive printer for an Amazon return. I asked them if this was a UPS access location and they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally one guy said it was so I left it there. 3 days later, its still there. Im going back to pick it up todayhope its still there
