Place is falling apart! They were not supposed to wash my moms clothes but took them to wash anyway and lost them! Now we are going to have to buy her new clothes!

Please consider contacting the governor and the federal officials regarding conditions that are beyond proper care for any human being. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of economic status. If these caregivers take an oath and not able to abide by the oath-for God sake find another job. I truly believe that they will get exactly in return what they have done or not done to help the most vulnerable people in society. You will reap what you have sown. Please report anything that you feel is not suitable for anyone regardless if they are a family member.

My father recently passed at their facility (2/13/2024). The staff didn't call me to elaborate on his passing nor to voice their condolences. I had to contact them for this. It took about a week a nd a half for this to happen. They wouldn't return phone messages. Now, Azria won't refund my father's rent money. He was forced to pay one month in advance, plus his estate should receive a prorated refund for the month of February. Rachel Lundy (business office) promised this would happen, but now she refuses to honor her promise.
