Emerald Nursing & Rehab Omaha

This place is a great place my dad was there for a long while and while he was there the staffed cared for him like he was their own family member they went above and beyond for him the administrator was there will him every step of the way and that was very caring of her ! They helped out in every way they could until he sadly passed away I appreciate the staff and everything they do for our loved ones when we can not

Do NOT send your loved one here. I worked here and management does not make safe staffing a priority. This place is quite literally the worst nursing home / rehab facility I've ever witnessed. They honestly need to shut the whole thing down or change management. I had the hardest time getting help on the floor because there weren't enough staff. This establishment in its entirety screams elderly neglect and the leaders of this facility don't do their part in changing that.

My father-in-law was at emerald nursing and rehab for 2 years. The staff were amazing treating him very well and overall cared about him very much. With every facility there will always be some short comings but at Emerald the staff took the time to build friendly loving bonds with my father in law. He was here until he sadly passed away but even then they showed how much they actually cared for him and came to his funeral. Thank you Emerald for going above and beyond for my Father in law up until his very last Breath.

Had one of my patients here for two months. Poorly staffed. Very dirty. Call button not responded to for over 30-45 mins. Found him multiple times in soiled diapers and clothing from the night until late morning. Wound gauzes/ bandaging not changed causing infection. Unprofessional director of social services. The Director of OT/PT Sheila and billing manager Janelle were our only positive experience during this time at Emerald.

Under staff especially on the weekends so if your love one is in this nursing home if you can help Best go help your love ones
