Do not use their Service if you care about your love ones. Nursing staff is a mess had to fire the old staff new one is bad. Was to come twice a week director took it to once a wk.but nobody informed me the patient. Had a stroke. Radiation treatment severe problems with head surgery didn't show up as she said she would. Ended up in ER tonight they are furious with this co because of lack of care have severe infection of head. Director has her mother hired as a nurse she's rude & doesn't follow thru with anything. Office staff rude. Head of co is a nice lady but won't even take my family calls. Nurse reported at 1 time had too many people in my home it was my caretaker, Son & Daughter in Law from Fl hadn't seen them in 2 1/2 yrs. Nobody bothered her either. The hospital, & caretaking svc is not recommending them to anybody & they are contacting some of the other co's to tell pts not to use them. Ne Home Health is stalling so I can't get somebody else. My family is reporting them to have their license revoked as we have witnesses & video proof of everything. The head of the company contacted me at the hospital when I had my stroke as I had them before that & assured me I would get good care don't believe them. When the director of nursing hired her Mother big mistake family shouldn't be working like that together she has no idea the lack of care her Mother has & no compassion. So please stay away from them if you want.competent care. Not enough Nurses anyway.
