        What kind of a "ship station" doesn't even have shipping labels? Waste of time.

        Have very limited day time hours. Raced from 50th and Center to 69th and Dodge got here at 7:53. Place is locked up as tight as fort knox. Very poor customer service. A note on the door would have at least explained an emegency early closing. Meanwhile the website maintains it is open. Ha!

        I go here when I have to mail a package. It takes a little longer than the post office but they are very nice and knowledgeable. An employee even came out to my car to help carry a large package inside for me. THAT'S customer service. A+

        Fix the times. I came in Sunday and it's closed when the times on the door specified it was open, same as on maps. Wasting the customer's time.
