Zero customer service. I showed up and had 3 people show up after me. Each other person got helped before me and I ended up leaving because I was being completely ignored.

If you need storage this is the place. Park in the garage so you're never in the elements, staff is super helpful. Really we love this place for storage.

Everyone I talked to was nice. Was quoted a price to rent a box truck, when I got there the $1.19 per mile was added to the quote. Changed the price significantly. I declined. The competition rents with unlimited miles. Less than half the price.

Absolutely horrible servcice. Truck was junk. Pulled badly to one side. When I returned the truck, told them about the latch getting caught when the door is open. Has to use a crow bar to disengage so I could close the door. The tenant just looked at it and did not say a word. He obviously does not care if they rent it to someone who will be unable to make the latch work. Truck was given to me at a quarter tank. No sense of urgency for the customer. Who wantes to rent a truck only to have to put gas in it right out the gates. I will never use UHaul again and I rent a lot of trucks. I'll pay more for better service and better trucks. On top of that, I was charged for turnining it in barely under a quarter tank. Crooks and rude are the employees at UHaul.
