        The art alone is worth the price of a night's stay. The pattern on the carpeting in the hallways is an exact replica of the Missouri River, for instance. All the art is local artists. Great attention to detail. Nearby activities: The gene Leahy mall is across the street with tons of places to walk and water features and art and places to sit several music venues including the harney Street tavern and the Irish pub The Dubliner, the Holland is a quick walk away as is that new venue the steel house. Walkability: Out the front door is a nature Park with art and water features as well as the old market. Food & drinks: The hotel itself has a bar that looks pretty hip and the restaurant Dynamite is good but expensive.

        Shower controls way too complex for a hotel. I'm an engineer and it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn the water on. If my parents stayed with you, they would need to have someone help every morning. Almost the same situation with the window shades. Suggest a demo for every guest when checking in at a minimum. Also need hangers in the coat closet and a trash can for the desk area. PS Google maps thinks your entrance is on 13th Street, so getting to the right place is frustrating the first time.

        My husband and I stay here often for we are building a restaurant in a nearby suburb. I was not with him for this trip but he and his business partner came back raving. The crew is always so nice from the valet to the front desk. The manager, Sam and Julie sent up a note and special gift to the suite welcoming them and the restaurant to the city! This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. I wished I could have joined them but couldnt this time!! Great location, pristine, very nice decor and the best staff ever! You will see a lot of us in the upcoming months when we come to town and cant wait to serve you at Grace Pizza! Thank you! Adrian, Gina Hembree & Alex Hoeg,
