      image My refrigerator was no cooling, Chris Hall came to look at it from first call to finish they were very polite, professional. Chris answered all my questions and fixed it in less then probably 30min. Great service overall!

      image We are so pleased with service rendered by Andys Appliance Repair. Bill H and Chris were knowledgeable and efficient. The entire process was pain free - from the time set up and tracking so we knew when they would arrive at our home to the repair of our dishwasher. Would definitely use them again!! (they deserve a couple of extra stars!)

      image Worked with them before and had a good experience, the last time however was not. Called and told us the issue I need fixed will cost $1,300 so basically a new fridge. They did not even try. Which kind of pissed me off, so I spent $27 and an hour and half later fixed the wires and it is now working. Not sure why they did not want to do it.
      Heard back from my review with an explanation, I appreciate the explanation and can understand having to deal with manufacturers. I have moved it to 4 stars, as they do give good service, not sure the tech gave my wife all of the info they gave me in the review.

      Mitchell, thank you for choosing Andy's - both in the past and for this repair. I understand your frustration with this situation. I will attempt to explain this situation, from Andy's perspective, to give color to a frustrating situation. Your refrigerator had a wiring issue where the door opens. The manufacture does not authorize wiring repairs, they only authorize the replacement of the door. Because Andy's gives a full one year warranty on repairs, we will not go against manufacture recommendations for repairs. In this case, Andy's technician did not charge to come out and diagnose the issue (saving you the cost of a service call) and instead told you we would have to replace the door (per manufacture recommendations) and the cost would be $1300. I hope you understand why we went out of our way to save you the service call - in fact, charging you nothing. It was not out of a desire to avoid doing your repair, it was out of a desire to save you money. I am glad you were able to solve your own issue as we cannot/will not go against manufacture recommendations. If you feel like we should do more to resolve this issue please call the office and ask for Eric.
