        The service was fine but because the service tech did not have a mask or gloves on in this time of a worldwide pandemic I am eating them a 1 star. I can't believe a company would allow their techs in the homes of customers without proper protection. I sanitized all surfaces in the house and used lysol spray throughout after he left my wife and I had our masks on couldn't believe that he didn't have any with him. Not good customer service.

        I needed a part for my dryer. The gentleman was awesome. Found a part and did not charge me because it was so small of a part.
