        This is a great place to live. Jeff is really prompt about helping with any maintenance needs that I have ever had, Jeff is very professional fast and does an outstanding job. If you want to live in downtown Omaha and enjoy the scenery this is the best place to do it. The management is good and I have not had any major problems. Very attentive to your needs.
