Applying online was so easy! And the apartment was very nice, they have a model to look at with furniture and everything so you get a feel of what itll look like. Itll be a nice starting apartment for me and my roommate, and MacKenzie has been amazing too! Shes by far the nicest person working at all the apartments were toured so far. Cant wait for our move in date!!

Linda Duran is an amazing office manager at Colonial! Shes very quick to email me back and is always so respectful! She is also quick to address and correct any issue you have! Shes just amazing!

We have an excellent Property Manager and Maintenance team. Our Property Manager cares about this property and the tenants who live here. Furthermore our maintenance team, especially Rick is the best you can ever ask for. Also, renewing our lease was seamlessly easy because of Mackenzie. Over the past several months, I have noticed a change in the community. The new property manager has made a lot of improvements to the property, and she's still working hard to make it better. I am really happy with what she is doing, and I hope to see more change in the future. She has a solid maintenance team who will do everything they can to solve the issues you may have. She is also getting rid of people who cause trouble and is working to make it safer for everyone.
