Chateau Development

Walls are so thin that I can hear my 140lb or so upstairs neighbor walking(sounds like stomping) around all day and night but yet I listen to some music during the hours we are allowed to be noisier, 7am-10pm and yet the neighbor below me has complained so much we get notes on our door about being mindful about living in a apartment community. I am mindful and that's why I haven't complained about hearing everyone else around me. I don't think it's fair that I have been made to feel like I have to walk on eggshells in my living space. I would never want to rent from these guys again.

Thank you for cleaning up the chicken bones. Idk why anyone would think its ok to leave their nasty trash right outside the front door but some people are trashy.

On 5/1/2022 my wife and I had our 2 year anniversary of living at the Chateau at Holmes Lake!! We plan on never moving because the Chateau employees are the nicest people I have ever been around, and they work hard keeping everything looking great and working perfect!! I want to personally thank the ownership and all the employees at the Chateau Development for making it in my opinion the best place to live!!

Very nice staff and accommodating. I met one of the maintenance staff Scott, he very welcoming and fast at repairs for our shower head and fridge. Thanks for everything!
