Old Cheney Place by Broadmoor

This is our sixth year living at Old Cheney Place Apartments. My husband and I were newly weds when we moved here back in 2017 and have since then had 2 children, 3 and 5. Our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful and we're so blessed to be able to raise our children in a quiet and safe complex. Maintenence requests are always tended to quickly and Monty is so friendly and always says hello to my kids. I love that office staff knows us all by name. It makes us feel like we're all a big family. I frequently tell my friends and family about how much I enjoy living here and definitely recommend Old Cheney Place to anyone looking for an apartment!

Exceptional service and care for their residents. Always want residents comfortable and meets expectations for the cost.

I have been living here for over 6 months and I'm happy I live here and I feel I am safe living here and it is right by Southpoint and I love it the staff is always so helpful and will answer all your questions and communicate with you if they have any questions or events and every time I needed something looked at I would always get a response quickly and have someone sent out a couple of days after Thank you Old Cheney Place

Honestly, the best part of living here is the staff - they are super helpful and friendly, and the management is really responsive and accommodating. They try and make you feel comfortable and that they care about your living experience. Best management of any place I've lived, by far.
