If you had to choose between living at Meadowlark Apartments and living in a garbage can, choose the garbage can. That will give you a far better experience than living here at Meadowlark Apartments ever will. In my time living here, I've had to deal with broken washers, months of roach infestation, a hot stove that wouldn't turn off, and most recently, a furnace that didn't have heat for 2-3 days when it was -11 outside. It last snowed on Saturday, and now on Wednesday, cars are still getting stuck in the parking lot because they refuse to shovel snow. I've contacted Full Circle Real Estate countless times and they do nothing to address the issues. Nazmel Magsino, the receptionist, will tell you that an issue is being resolved without following up to see if it's true. Adam VanZee, the so-called property manager, can't even be bothered to answer his emails. When they bought these apartments back around August of 2023, they immediately raised everyone who was on a month to month lease's rent by $200-$300 to force them to move out. For those of us who are still in a lease, they continue to do the bare minimum and ignore us until we move out. Take heed to my warning and run far away from these slumlords. All they care about is making a profit for their investors and the photos of the apartments on their website are deceptive and misleading. Living here will bring you nothing but misery, strife and frustration.

Within the year I lived there, I had to request maintenance multiple times. Poorly renovated, certain parts of the floor is not even real woods. Looks like they painted over a lot of things and overtime it peeled off. Theres leak and clogging, heater is not working at all. Doors cannot be locked. Everything is outdated, on top of that, they do not blow the parking lots at all in the winter. Neighbors letting their dog take a number one and two right in front of the entrance. Above all else, theres roaches and baby flies all over the bathroom. Please save yourself from all those problems and rent somewhere else that is not here.

Thank you for reaching out and voicing your concerns. We are glad that you were able to have a good discussion with our property manager after reaching out as we do appreciate the feedback we are given. When we took over management of the property last year, we inherited apartments that were in need of some TLC and that included some broken washers that have been replaced. While thorough inspections were done on the entire complex and any issues that were noted were immediately fixed, unfortunately issues can arise unexpectedly and during extreme conditions such as the cold weather we have had recently. We worked as quickly as possible and have taken care of the issue and re-inspected the HVAC to assure that everything is in working order. We encourage our residents to notify management if they notice that things are not working normally so that we can rectify them immediately. We did have a new contractor for snow removal that we were having some miscommunication with that have now been fixed and should no longer be an issue in the future. They have shoveled, salted, and plowed on multiple occasions since then. We also do regular pest control for the entire complex but if a specific apartment is having pest issues, we ask that the resident contact management so we can have pest control do an inspection of that apartment and treat it as needed. We are doing some updating and renovating to the complex as well as individual apartments and the pictures and video walkthrough on our website are of our empty apartments. Not all the apartments look exactly alike but the pictures we have on there are a good representation of what we have available. Of course, we always recommend a tour to see the units in person to have the most accurate representation prior to any leases. While we do our best to closely monitor Meadowlark, we do rely on our residents onsite to communicate any issues, big or small, that require our attention and have provided the residents with multiple avenues to contact us and to put in work orders. Please reach out to us for any concerns as we do value all the feedback we are given so we can improve our service to our residents.

Thank you for your feedback. We would love to reach out to speak with you about the issues but unfortunately we do not have a resident with this specific name and do not know who to reach out to. If you can reach out to our management, they will be more than happy to discuss any concerns with you. When the new management took over last year, we inherited a complex in need of maintenance and are continuing to work on updating and repairing issues that have been neglected. Any unit that has been vacated since new management took over has been renovated and updated and the renovations include new carpet/vinyl flooring (not wood), and new paint throughout the apartments. Over time, with normal wear and tear, paint can peel, scratch, dent, etc. We repair those whenever the apartment becomes vacant. We do ask that any issues with plumbing, such as leaks and clogs, be immediately reported so we can put in a work order to get that fixed as soon as possible. We do inspect our plumbing and HVAC and any issues that arise get fixed at that time. Unfortunately, issues can arise between inspections, especially with any extreme weather like we have had, and when reported to management, we work as quickly as possible to get those resolved. We asked that residents do an inspection upon moving in and report anything that requires attention such as broken locks/doors not locking. If locks break during your residency, please report this to management immediately so we can get that resolved. With the snow we have had, we had a couple of hiccups with the new snow removal company that we addressed immediately when made aware of them and they have made several trips to shovel, salt, and plow. Going forward, snow should not be an issue as we have everything ironed out with the new company. We also do regular pest control treatment for the entire complex. If your apartment needs additional attention, please contact us so we can put in a request for the pest control company inspection and treatment. Our complex is pet friendly and we have designated pet waste stations in front of and around the complex. The pet owner is responsible for their own pet waste and violations are enforced when they are reported to us. We asked that all pet owners pick up after their pets and provide them with the means to do so, as well as enforcing fines if they are caught not doing so. We also have a groundskeeper to do regular clean up as well. While we do closely monitor Meadowlark Apartments, we do rely on our residents to communicate any issues that arise that will require attention. We encourage our residents to contact our management team if they require maintenance on any issues or if they have any concerns…we always value your feedback to help us improve our service to you.

Hi Rick, we appreciate your feedback as it is always important for us to have in order to improve our services to our residents. We always encourage our residents to reach out to us in the event of any issues as we are not always on site to witness such issues such as this. We also always encourage our residents to place their trash/garbage in the intended receptacles but also understand that unforeseen issues such as overflowing garbage receptacles and windy days can cause issues. We have also been doing a bit of renovations so had more trash than usual which combined with a windy day can cause a bit of an issue. Once we were notified of our overflowing cans, we immediately rectified the issue and additional renovation protocols were put in place so the problem will not be repeated. Our property management number is available on Google, our Website, and on signs at the apartment and we encourage our residents or our neighbors to contact us so we can address any issues once they arise. If you have any other feedback, please reach out to us as we always appreciate your feedback.
