Ridge Pointe Villas

Summary: Great experience, location is amazing, electricity bill seems high, walking paths are best around, other residents have been polite, gym is terrible, and the staff are wonderful. Would rent here, again. North Pointe Villas: Very Good Villas at Mahoney Park: Terrible (management) Ridge Pointe Villas: Great Details: Had a lease last year with North Pointe Villas with a similar positive experience. The gym was much nicer, but the walking paths were nonexistent. Cost was also notably more. We left for the summer (or we probably would have just stayed) and tentatively signed with another CIP property that was horrendous after we left for the coming fall. Never would sign with that management after they quoted one price, we signed, they raised the amount, we declined and they tried to keep our deposit. They admitted it was their mistake, but it took beginning the process of small claims court threats to get them to refund. Was absolutely disgusting. Stay away from the folks at the Villas at Mahoney Park, if our experience is any indicator. Scary bad. Ridge Pointe Villas became our next stop after my SO helped sort out a new place while that went on. This management has been great and I have no complaints with their handling of anything in particular. They have given proper notice for maintenance calls and quickly fixed the few things that have come up. The price point was very reasonable compared to others, though the unit feels dated. Nothing is dysfunctional and works as expected, just dont expect anything eye-catching. Works perfectly for us! Love the walking areas and proximity to Costco and Target. The nearby food and theatre are just a few pluses (~a mile stroll). Felt compelled to toss this out there; the experience was welcome after the prior.

Took care of the fix first thing in the morning! Window is now air tight. Brody was very friendly and knew right away how to fix the problem. Didn't take long.

Maintenance staff is great! I put a request in at nighttime and they showed up the next morning and fixed the problem!
