The Willows Apartments

The Willows were a great place for my husband and I to get things together when we had to move out suddenly. They were very clear with expectations from the start. Emily did a great job making sure we were communicated with in the best way possible and when it came time to move out they made the transition easy and allowed us to move on to the next chapter in our life.

Maintenance is not top priority! Security lights over mail boxes have been out for months,. lights at bottom of stairs also. Have submitted request to fix multiple times,. nothing has been done.

My mom had her rent come out automatically and sister moved her out to retirement home in December granted sister did not give 30 day notice but mom passed in January brother was on the month to month lease he wrote 30 day notice Emily said he had to pay march rent now the rent Money was still being taken out of mothers account so they wanted more money and continued to take February and march rent out. They refused to return minus the deposit. I believe my mom was a month ahead on her rent. The account since has been closed. I guess they have no compassion for anyone. Very sad.

Emily is an amazing landlord . She is very caring when it comes to the people in her community . She will go out her way to make sure her everyone is comfortable and safe , her responsive to everything is always in a timely matter ! Wouldnt trade her for the world
