        Friendly service at the counter for pick up and drop off. Car was clean. Budget at West Yellowstone Airport was great!

        Pick up Jackson, Wy. at 8.00am . Nobody arrived til 8.30am and when I drove away I realised the car was not fuelled to full. Returned car to West Yellowstone Airport. Was told I should have dealt with the issue in Jackson. When I explained I was on a set time scale and Budget had set me back by not being there when booked, I was then refunded without quibble. This was impressive, especially as I had booked the car for 2.45am return in error not 2 45pm when I returned it 12 hours later. Lady at West Yellowstone said our error with the time was no problem. So, overall we were impressed with West Yellowstone Budget; Jackson Wy not so much. The car itself was very good. Extremely pricey. Footnote, 1 week later just got $200 taken from my credit card. I don't mind paying the difference for the extended time but feel irritated that we were told there was no problem with our error, implying they would waive fees. Now I am no longer inclined to use Budget again.
