Do not rent here .. go across town to "the Strand" location for your u-haul, I promise, it's worth it! The difference between the best customer service ever across town, to the worst ever here .. and it was the owners at both locations that I delt with .. across town the owner was pulling fuses and helping me make my truck compliant .. this guy just freaked out on us and phisically pulled the trailer off my truck that we parked across the street while we ran errands in our other vehicle .. all because the online app let us complete our check in online, and for some reason that upset him to the point of him actially yelling at me on the phone, and he himself pulling the trailer off my truck while I wasn't there, and driving away just as I pulled up in our other car!

I called Justin in an effort to try and cancel a reservation I had made with the strand location after I was on hold with them for over 30 minutes. Justin promptly answered the phone and got my reservation canceled. Im going to him for all future reservations. Screw the strand location.
