Great company, great customer service. We have used XPO on multiple occasions for shipping large items to our home, and Ive picked items up at their warehouse.

We had our new kitchen cabinets delivered to our home via XPO. We contacted XPO twice to help us narrow down the date/time of delivery so we could get some extra help. The driver was right on time, called when he was about 10-15 minutes out, helped get the cartons down to the driveway level and went out of his way to make sure everything was ok. Wish I had gotten his name...he is definitly an asset to the company.

Arrogant bunch of brats who think their customers owe them. Over the top prices and service on their schedule which is late most of the time. We use anyone else we can, when we can.

I have a customer down and XPO is 2 days late with my shipment. ZERO help they "should have it to me sometime monday" DONT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THEM
