        The absolutely worst customer service experience of my entire life!! My internet and fax have been out for three weeks. I have spoken with numerous CL "agents" and each one has demonstrated incredible incompetence.

        Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. Have spent countless hours on the telephone trying to switch and merge accounts. Would not give me credit when I returned a modem, and laid a cable line above ground that they did not schedule a digging appointment for. Will be switching to StarLink for the sole purpose of not having to deal with customer service anymore.
