Go with a different internet provider. We were paying $150/month for 1 GB speeds, we were only getting 30 MB up and down. Running the Spectrum speed test showed that we were getting the speed we were paying for, but every other speed test showed around 30 (and the actual download speeds we were seeing reflected this number). We called the support line hoping to find a fix, but all they did was have us run the Spectrum speed test, then pretended everything was fine. Getting less than 1/3 of the internet speed you're paying for is a rip-off; this should be the absolute last company you consider when it comes to internet. Turns out when you pay for high speed internet, the modem they send you isn't a high speed modem, so it throttles your speed. Will never use any Spectrum products again after having dealt with this company.

Google AND website hours both state they are open 10-6 on Wednesdays. When you go to the physical location a sign on the door says Wednesdays are closed. It's not difficult to update your online information so that it's accurate.
