Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my second rental in 6 monthsI think Im addicted now. The Mazda cx-30 I got was pretty awesome!! A bit tight for legroom so Ill be getting a roomier vehicle next time, but the gas mileage was incredible! I had this car for just over a week. The day before returning I got a couple nails in one of the tires, still 540 miles from home. I was able to take it in to any tire shop and have it repaired, no extra charge for damage or anything like that!! The manager of my local branch, Savanah, was very helpful with answering all of my questions, and even let me remove my extra driver halfway through my rental period as I was not using my second driver. It was bittersweet having to return the car because I liked it so much, but Ill be renting again soon!!! Thanks for all you do enterprise!!

I don't usually do Google reviews but I feel like this one is warranted. First off, the car itself was fine. It was clean, and the team members showed me around the vehicle. My fianc and myself had the car for about four days, and during that time a rock hit the fog light of the vehicle and broke it. When I returned the car they noted the damage and said I would hear from the damage department in about two weeks. No big deal, right? A month went by and I called and was told I would hear from someone soon. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone, I called a second time; same story. Today, four months from the time of rental, I received a notice from Enterprise saying that I had ten days to pay the bill (that I had not received) before being sent to collections. I was blacklisted from renting any vehicles from them, Alamo, or National Car Rental. I called and spoke to two workers at Enterprise and who verified my information and also noted that they had indeed not contacted me or sent any communication to my email, phone, or address. I have paid my bill, but I do not appreciate the predatory billing of Enterprise or the lack of communication.

Very professional. Even was cool. This Altima is a nice choice too.
