We limped into Bozeman with a burst radiator on a Saturday in August of 2022. Carsmart was the only place that was both open and had the ability to do something that day. They loaded us into one of their rental cars and sent us to lunch for 2 hours as they looked over our car. After it was found out our car would need repairs, paperwork was signed and we drove off in that same rental. We still made it back to Spokane on that Saturday. The repair was done and we returned the rental a week later and were not crushed on the bill; everything seemed very fair. They could have certainly taken advantage of car-dummies like us in a bad spot, and didn't.

Found these guys doing a Google search and reviews were good so thought I'd try them. I was in a unique situation because I live in another state and needed to arrange maintenance for my college student daughter. Andy was great and they handled a battery exchange via mobile service and also some troubleshooting (both mobile and then at their shop). I felt like they were efficient yet thorough and very responsive. It seemed like my daughter's car was their top priority. Give them a try! -Larry

I'm so glad we found this place online. We've never rented a vehicle through a locally owned business before, but we saw good reviews and decided to try it. Andy was so friendly and helpful on the phone and got us into a full-size premium SUV for so much less than that same vehicle would have cost us through a mainstream rental car company. We easily saved over $1000. We were able to travel through Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho without worrying about mileage. Carine, Andy's wife, was also so kind and helpful; she included a booster seat for our youngest at no extra charge. And she was very responsive any time I had a question (both before and during the trip). They also made it incredibly easy to pickup and drop off the vehicle, delivering it to our hotel in Bozeman, and then letting us just drop the vehicle back off at the airport before our flight. We have already recommended them to others looking to rent a vehicle in the Bozeman area, and we would gladly rent from them again in the future.
