        The best service I have ever had at a mail service co. Karen W spent from beginning to end, about 3 hours with me. She was very professional and patient even tho they were very busy at times.

        Waste of time and notary is hit or miss... is missed twice. This place is a JOKE. do your business elsewhere!!!

        Awful. I was shipping my wedding flowers to be preserved. I paid for overnight shipping. My flowers went missing and I didn't get any money back for them because the person who checked in the package did not ask me if I wanted insurance. Those flowers were extremely valuable both in monetary and sentimental value. I definitely would have gotten insurance if I was asked. This lady was a manager too and she did not ask me the value of the package or if I wanted insurance. Now I will no longer be able to have a flower keepsake of our special day. Extremely upset and think that that woman or should I say MANAGER should be fired.

      Hello,We are very sorry to hear that you missed our notaries. We have three notaries on staff in our Heights store and we try our best to always have one here. However with sickness, lunch breaks and other things that come up we cannot guarantee a notary to be here at all hours.
