The Mail Drop

I had two large parcels to send and with their help they saved me 90 + dollars and let me use their packing tape (other stores rarely will!), very thankful for the attention and help.

Beware they will hold your mail hostage ! With limited income I spaced out this payment. 4 days ago I paid 10$ and now they won't give me my important legal mail! Well not without paying the box in full. In actuality they only acted like this because they are running short on boxes and are trying to find a one month overdue box as a reason to illegally hold my mail !

I have been working at The Mail Drop for almost 2 years and Lynn is a wonderful person to work for. We are a small business that is locally owned. In response to Daylight Horse Capture, your mailbox was not paid for close to 6 months. I have everything documented- including the fact that i had called numerous times and left many messages and then your number was disconnected. This is not the only time you failed to pay your $10 monthly bill. Last time we let you slide 6 month. We are running business and it is extremely hurtful to everyone when you don't pay your bills. As per the postal regulations we held your mail as long as we needed. You chose to come into our store screaming and berating us....because you can't pay your bills. Maybe add that into your budget. I don't know any other business that has been more than willing to work with you to not close your box. Any other business expects to be paid for the services rendered- I don't understand why you feel that you don't have to pay for a service we provide. Go to the post office and get a box there and get your mail there and see how long they wait for a payment. Or get your mail for free at your residence. I have pages of documentation so please don't lie and bring down a business because you can't pay your bill Ms Daylight Horse Capture.

They reversed the addresses, shipped my package to the "FROM" address instead of the "TO"

The site had signed for my package. I went in and explained my situation to a person in the store, and she treated me in a horribly condescending manner about how I did not know what I was talking about even though they had already signed. She refused to go and look for the package said it was not her problem I had somewhere to be. Will personally never use their services again after being treated this way.
