They said they would call my client back...they NEVER did...and this was Kim...the nurse. Horrible patient care. She should consider a new profession.

Just stopped to pick up lab results they printed off for me today. Office says its open until 5:00pm, got here at 4:45 and its closed, aggravating I made a special trip to pick them up.

So my boyfriend saw a Physician assistant, she is very nice we like her she seems to care. Then you check out, you are told that they will get back to you once they have the required referrals and auth all set. So it has been almost a month now and we have not been contacted with any information. They told me everything should be ready by june 2 it is now june 21st. My boyfriend calls the office several times a day several times a week. I can we i have some time at work. Not once has the phone been answered. And after being on hold for 5 plus min you get frustrated and hang up. It would almost be comical if we weren't waiting on a referral to see a heart doctor. I believe when we were in the office we expressed our concerns for my boyfriends heart issues and the urgency of seeing a heart doctor. My boyfriend struggles to breathe everyday trying to complete the simplest tasks, like walking from the bed to the bathroom, or getting dressed, anything more then that and he needs to rest for 20 min. Could someone please tell us what the problem is you are having in completing this task, and please dont ask us to contact the office manager because as I have explained no one answers the phone.
