        Dr sent us there due to prospective pneumonia/dehydration etc. they tested for Covid and suggested we go to ER as needed a chest X-ray and breathing was labored. The ER has a 4 hour wait and not getting any needed oxygen or dehydration. Surely the outpatient center could have provided an iv and some and oxygen instead of punting to the ER. Ridiculous waste of time and was sent into a worse situation at theER

        My boyfriends PCP sent him here yesterday. He as been vomiting for 5 days running a fever of 100.8 to 101.8 for 5 days. They sent us here said they will test for Flu B and will check him out. The lady doctor that saw him came in very rushing and acted like she didn't have time for us. She cut me off while I was in the middle of explaining to her what's going. She was very rude said there is nothing she can do for him. She gave him some Zofran and said we would have to contact his PCP and get lab work or imaging if he doesn't get better. I asked can you order the bloodwork. She responded nope I have to see over 45 patients a day and only have one nurse that could draw blood we don't have time for that. The total time we were there was 10 minutes total from the time they brought us back to the time she rushed us out the door. She showed no concern at all. I would not recommend taking anyone to this BJC Outpatient Center.
