        Nothing has changed since my last review. Called the H&R Block corporation headquarters in Kansas City and was given a dispute escalation #. Apparently their motto, "We Sign and stand behind every return we prepare , is questionable!! My dispute was denied after my taxes were done incorrectly for 2 years. Avoid this office.

        Did my state taxes incorrectly for the 2021&2022 years. My pension was exempt from state taxes and they had to file ammendments for both years. They did not call to inform me that my 2021 ammendment was finished and I ended up paying penalties and fees. Very poor communication and follow up.
