        The tax professionals and her supervisor were not only tax experts, and friendly, but also quickly and effectively adapted their approach to accommodate my error including my State tax return as income for Federal return (since I had not itemized last year for the first time), but also provided us with a clear strategy for filing our State tax returns by paper (working in two states in a border city, living in one) after I file an amended Federal return to correct the overpayment due to including the previous State tax return as income. This was an extraordinarily positive and informative experience. Thanks!!
