Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Enterprise office in Washington, Mo gave A1 service. They were communicative, timely and assisted in making this rental experience easy. I dealt with Ben, Bennett and Brian throughout the rental process and have the utmost appreciation for their service. Dealing with these employees was a pleasure. I will continue to use this branch to fulfill my rental needs.

They were nice and the minivan we got was nice but they didn't have a one way to virginia which is what we needed

Will never rent a car from enterprise again. Received a car at the auto body shop where I was dropping off my vehicle for repair. When I returned vehicle I dropped it back off at shop and took picture of every inch of the car because they had not yet made it to pick up vehicle and I didnt want to be liable for damages done to car at shop or from shop to there office. When the car got to there office an hour later I was told I cracked the windshield. I did not crack windshield and had proof I did not. But what they dont tell you in the fine print is your liable from the time you receive car till it makes it to there shop even if its at the drop off location they agreed to where one of their drivers picks it up. A rental car that I put maybe 50 miles on is now going to cost me hundreds of dollars. Be smart and dont use enterprise.

Service started off good , I was in a accident with my car and this was a rental issued in behalf of the other drivers insurance , well 2 weeks went by and I get a call from Mr Ben , telling me if I want to stay in the rental I need to make phone calls to the adjuster , mind you I just spoke with both the body shop and insurance , assuring me all the notes were in place , He needs to do his job and not expect clients to do it for him. Both companies 100%confirmed notes were in place so I wasn't bothered. Today is 3/14 returned the car , and was told again by Mr Ben I needed to make calls to get the date extended to "help", again I check to see if notes are inplace by both companies guess what they are. Enterprise your management you have in place in this location will now cost you customers , rudeness, laziness, please take steps to fix this so others don't feel the frustration I did, again I hope Mr Ben has a day he deserves
