        I do not currently live at 275 but I have had a couple of tours. It's less than a mile from ALDIS and Straubs, KFC and some other restaurants. The highlight was my tour with Jasmine. She is super nice. If I don't move there, it's because the rent is over my budget. That being said, it does seem to be reasonably priced for the market.

        READ BEFORE RENTING: Amenities not as advertised. Not all units have laundry, and the gym, courtyard, community room, and other things are still under construction. They've cycled through 3 or 4 managers in the two years I've lived here, which doesn't make me feel very confident. Update 1/18/24: Maintenance is pretty short handed, but they do good work. However, I feel like theres still a huge disconnect between office and maintenance or corporate and office. Not sure which, but it never feels like the right people have the right information. ** I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR: The maintenance staff here has been very specifically selected by someone who cares very, very much about this building and the tenants here. When they know there's a problem, they are quick to fix it. Update 12/22/23: still doing laundry in a trailer full of broken stackables Update 9/11/23: The courtyard is under construction now, so of the 19 listed "community amenities" online, only 13 are actually available. I don't know what a "clubhouse" is, but the community room for the Senate/Congress building is also closed for renovations. Starting to feel like I'm paying 100% of the cost for 70% of the product. Update 8/2/23: We got another new manager in June. It generally feels like there is more organization. Still lots of construction, but perhaps better prioritization of projects? Update: Things havent improved much, but Marshiana does seem to be taking care of things quite matter-of-factly as she can. I appreciate her efforts.
