        Id leave 0 stars if I could. We scheduled a tour to view this property a month in advance. Got a confirmation email and everything. We live in KC and drove to St. Louis to view this property and several others. It started to snow but with no email or phone call we figured the tour was still one and we drove to the property and the leasing agents essentially fled the scene without letting us know that they were leaving the office due to snow. Yet we could drive across town just fine? Ive truly never experienced such unprofessionalism when it comes to renting a place in my life. No apology email or returning my phone calls. Dont rent here if you are about office management lol
