The 2 bedroom I live in is super outdated; especially the doors to all of the rooms. On -site management seems to be lacking since calling yields no results, no one bothers to return phone calls if a voice-mail is left. When attempting to phycailly speak with on-site management, no one is there. Asked for maintenance to fix several things; still waiting. Some things have been broken for weeks and months, and the toilet is running but it just needs a simple fix. I refuse to fix anything since rent is so expensive; not to mention, they jacked the rent up by $200 per month. There seems to be drama on a semi-regular basis. STAY CLEAR of this place!!!! It appears that the newer owners are only interested in making money and not the actual people who pay the money/their salary.

My brother filled out an application to move into these apartments. Spoke to someone name Dawn who told him he'd pretty much have to pay almost 4,000 to move in. Then days later someone else called my brother to inform him that the last woman told him all wrong information and that the price now to move in would be $5,100! You cannot TELL me that any tenant in this complex bad credit or not has paid that much money! Now he's trying to get in touch with the original lady dawn for a couple days now and she won't even return his phone call. They hate to hear about being racist but that's definitely looking like the case here. Unprofessional and a waste of time! And from the looks of these reviews he dodged a bullet! HORRIBLE!!!!

I lived in three different units in this complex and had only minor problems with each, most of which were repaired quickly. I never felt unsafe, never had any crime problems, and the parking lot has lots of lighting if you have to go out at night, as do the sidewalks. It IS noisy - the traffic on Heege is heavy and the train loves to use its whistle at all hours, and you have the typical noise of any apartment complex, such as slamming doors in other units, people stomping above you if youre not on the top floor. The location is wonderful and I only moved because I had to relocate out of town. Pay your rent on time, dont act like a fool, and treat the office staff like people, and you should have no trouble here.
