Park North STL Apartments

I got my keys on 3/15/24. I started seeing roaches the 3rd day after I didnt think much of it and killed a baby roach. I told the leasing office they sent maintenance to spray. I started seeing them more. I went bck and fourth to the leasing office several times at least 5x and have the dates for them in the past two weeks that Ive been there and still nothing. Just ppl coming and spraying for not even a whole 60 secs a professional came to spray and ran bck out. A leasing agent in the office also told me when he first moved in his unit had bugs and roaches as well, but now he rarely ever sees them. I have 10+ videos on different days and times of roaches in my unit. No one cares enough I cried in the leasing office yesterday as I have two little kids, both under the age of 5 and they told me maintenance would come, called bck to say he couldnt come because things were not covered. I asked when had he came because I was sitting out in my car and never seen him. So then I knew they werent really trying to help me or bomb my unit. Leasing agent Latasha late never calls bck or returns calls and says she does care but action show she or anyone else clearly dont care.

I'm so happy that they are trying really hard to improve the property. Getting rid of these old trees, I believe next summer they will be working on the land tscape..next they really need to work better on the rules of pets, after 5 dogs out with out leash, you cannot walk your dog safely without big dogs running up to your little dog. It is scary. They people need to park properly so the kids can walk on side walk, the cars need to pull all the way back, and please slow down, they do 35 to 40 miles on school zones while kids walking to school..so dangerous. Something must be done, or a child will get hurt.

Dont do it I tried to move in in August and my place wasnt ready yet they still tried to move me in it had roaches it didnt have a refrigerator or stove the sink was leaking it was just a mess and didnt get my money back till 3 months later dont do it
