Renters be aware of the scam. This apartment collecting application fees only, and later will tell you sorry someone got it. Actually, its a big scam. When I applied, I was told that they dont have any applications yet, and I applied on the next day. My income and credit score was above of their requirements. Over 800 credit score and around 80k annually income. I was told that they found better applicants than me. Wow thats new type of scam. Application fee is $50 and each other has to pay $50 which is none refundable. Im thinking to buy an apartment and put it on the rent and just collect application fee only. lol

Mark Duve, stole my security deposit to install completely new carpet, update the kitchen, and to repaint the entire apartment. My stuff was also illegally tossed because I was forced out by life threatening neigbors who've been documented to threaten multiple tenants with weapons. Funny thing about getting my security deposit stolen is that I should of known it was going to happen when Mark constantly talked about remodeling the unit next year while showing it to me. John Russell works for the management company as their handyman. He's also close friends with meth dealing tenants and has been caught on camera tampering with tenants property.

Becky Granda & Andrew Granda are dangerous residents. They are also very uncourteous to everyone around them. Management would rather keep them and allow their rude, and violent behaviors to persist then to just find new residents to rent to. Everything I saw is factual and can be backed up with physical proof. I will continue posting reviews untill they're gone. Everyone who is thinking about moving into these apartments need to know that theirs dangerous people living here. I'm not the only person who's complained about these people and had incidents involving them. Multiple previous tenats of my unit have. Even a few tenants from the adjacent units have bad things to say. Possible drug dealings, storage units being broken into and suspecting them, and inconsiderate noise complaints.

Dont move here our neighbors have been harassing us and the management does nothing about it. Id really reconsider signing a lease here drug deals in the parking lot, no response from management. Youll regret moving here they raise the rent every chance they get, and said two years ago it was for updating the complex. They painted the halls.
