Senate Square Apartments

This place is a hidden gem in Benton Park. Jordan and Jessica are very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The apartments are historical and have high ceilings and a lot of updates! Central to a lot of great places to eat! Really excited to move here!

Been trying to hold on and not leave a bad review for the longest time but this place is just awful. No one ever gets back to you about any work orders; you have to stay on top of it and call them multiple times for them to get out and do anything. If they do finally get to your maintenance needs they will leave the door unlocked after theyre done; free for anyone to rummage through your things while youre at work. On top of that the parking spots are labeled senate square apartments but theres random cars who dont live at senate square constantly parked in them and neither the towing company nor management will do anything about it. If you have any after hour needs theres no one to contact and if you have any needs during the day youd be lucky to get ahold of anyone. The front office refuses to answer the phone and theres no way to leave a voicemail. If youre working 40 hours weeks Id suggest moving somewhere else its not worth the stress caused by the staff they dont take care of the people living at these apartments. I havent seen the same person working in the front office for more than a few months theres been like 4 different people since I moved in and besides the leasing agent I signed with theyve all done an awful job.

Met the new staff well Ms. Morgan and Ms. Jessica and they are so sweet. I'm not a tenant however just talking to them was pleasant and they mean business!

New management is terrible Jasmine told me Im just a renter and dont own anything !!!! They dont care about maintenance or safety for there tenants.
