City Lofts on Laclede

The absolute worst apartment building I have ever lived in. As a resident of 2 years, there was cat feces in the ceiling from the previous tenant upon move in, the brick walls leaked tons of filthy water onto the floor every time it rained, laundry was constantly broken or filled with animal hair and hallways were unkempt and smelled of smoke. Hazardous living conditions and consistently smelled damp and dirty throughout the building. Management is downright abysmal and are condescending, rude and unhelpful. On many occasions, Elaina and Ray were nasty and inconsiderate to myself and those I lived with. Issues would go on for months with no word from management and it was impossible to connect with anyone willing to help. Upon moving out, a brittle, cracked plastic parking pass was assigned a $45 "damage fee" along with other ridiculous charges. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anybody live here. Truly a horrible experience made worse by the most terrible management I have ever seen.

I love City Lofts. The leasing office is super helpful and responsive. Its a very comfortable place to live and well-maintained with great amenities!

I love living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Its such a great place to relax. Cant wait till the pool opens!!
