Plumbing Masters

I have used them in the past and even recommended them to several people, now I will never call them again. Their scheduling department should reconsider career paths as I was scheduled not once but twice and NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED the first time. I was not updated when I was told I would be, I was not called by the plumber like I was told I would be. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that something went wrong so I rescheduled. I told them I didn't have all day to wait around again and they assured me they would arrive within a certain window. They did not show up in the time frame given and by the time they did show up (1 1/2 hours after the time window) I had other engagements I had to attend to and had to turn them away. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren't available. I requested a call from them, they never called. What a joke. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

hands down my favorite plumbing company. they are honest and helpful. pricing is reasonable and fair.

Master Plumbers did a great job installing the slop sink in my basement. Over the years, Ive had them do several projects at my home. I highly recommend.

I have used Plumbing Masters for plumbing issues as well as HVAC issues for both my house in the city that was 100 years old and my county house that was 30 years old. No matter the issue I was having I always received prompt service and the plumber or HVAC tech (depending on the system issue) they sent to my house was courteous and got the job done in one trip. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and they have all had similar wonderful experiences as well. Great family owned company that truly care about their customers and getting the job done right the first time and at a VERY GOOD PRICE.
