I had a Fall HVAC inspection & cleaning done by another company and they condemned my system due to several issues. It was 18 years old so to be expected. It was Oct 2023 so it was pressing but not desperate. I had 4 companies bid on the protect including Reliable Heating & Cooling. Their prices were very competitive but what sold me was dealing with Marty. He's easy going and gives you the facts. Rather than offering high end systems he quoted a similar system to what I had and then what the increases would be for upgrading. Based on my 2000 Sq ft 2-story house I chose a single stage AC and a two stage furnace. As we talked it out that made the most sense and Marty gave his opinion based on 40+ years experience. They installed both components in one day and then came back another day to install my new water tank. His bid for all three was less than just the HVAC from the other guys. Honest bid, good prices, clean installation, very considerate workmanship, available for questions after install. They also moved the outside compressor over slightly at my request so I had more room for my lawn mower to get through my fence. It's a no-brainer to go with Reliable Heating & Cooling.
