Climate Masters did an amazing job installing my new HVAC system. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got the job done two weeks later, finishing everything in one day. They were extremely professional and left my house sparkling clean when they left. Additionally, I was upgraded to a newer/nicer AC unit at no additional cost. I am so happy with how everything turned out! I highly recommend Climate Masters for all of your heating and cooling needs.

I've used Climate Masters in Webster Groves for years. They recently replaced my central Air conditioner, coil on the furnace, and breaker. Their Techs arrived timely, the installation went smoothly, and we had no issues. The cost was well within industry prices and because the installation was out of season, I received a nice savings. The WG Inspector approved their work with no questions. I recommend Climate Masters for all HVAC needs.

We have a mid-century house with lots of additions, some of which weren't served by the HVAC system. We procured quotes from a few outfits, but we were taken with the creativity and relative inexpensiveness of Climate Master's proposal. Rather than adding new infrastructure to the house, CM suggested retrofitting the existing HVAC infrastructure to serve the additions. This was the right move for us. The technicians were courteous, and efficient. We're very happy with the results and would call Climate Master's again for future work.

We called the business in January due to a large screeching noise coming from our HVAC/heating unit. It took a couple of days, but a technician came out, listened to the noise, and told us the inducer needed to be replaced. He charged us $99.95 as a diagnostic fee for the 10 minute visit. We were told they would call back with a quote. We didn't hear back, so I gave them a call and the woman on the phone said she would remind him to contact us. We never heard back. We asked them recently to refund the diagnostic fee since we were never given the quote or offered the completion of the repair. They stated that we were low priority since we still had heat and things happen, but that their technician completed the service and there would be no refund, especially because we did not call them repeatedly closer to the date of diagnosis to continue to remind them. The woman on the phone made a lot of excuses, even stating that it was their fault it was forgotten, but did not agree that a refund was due despite their poor management. Just be wary that you might have to do a lot of follow up in order to get this business to actually provide service.
