image Prices went outrageously expensive, terrible phone service, rude, don't understand english, cannot lower bill. Sad you can't change your plan if you change plan bill goes up. Now its about time to move on. Just plain Greedy pay high price for poor service. Ps when I leave trust and believe I will put do not return because of terrible customer service.

image Lousy customer service. My wife could not change our service that we had for years so about 10 years ago we made a joint visit to their location to allow her to change over the phone. Now we are canceling and she can't do it without me.

image I was told that hated losing me after 30 years as their customer and also was told that even though I turned in all my equipment and canceled service, since it was the 1st day of the month, I had to pay for the entire month anyway, no pro rating. Never adjusted my bill anytime I lost service when it was a problem on their end. They raised my bill while offering new customers great deals. When I call with problems, I get a person who speaks such poor English I can't understand them. If I go out to their local office, they might lower it again for a while, then it would be higher than ever. High price, poor customer service is why I left. When I told the lady this and let her know I was agreeable to a prorated final bill, she said no, we can't do that, it's policy. So if you don't like losing customers, maybe you need to look at a number of policy changes.
