Called and spoke to customer service they were very nice. Very knowledgeable and weren't trying to talk me into their biggest package, only what I thought I would need and I could upgrade later if need be. They sent someone out to see if we had good line of sight for service. Unfortunately we don't. we can't get service currently. Still one of the better places I have spoken with in town.

Im spending like 100 dollars a month for wifi i barelly get to use when i want to play online i cant when we call to get it fixed some dude named bill tries to help but he dosent and when u do fix my wifi it only works for a week than stops my freind lives in a motel and his wifi is better than what your selling. Thats sad

We do not provide Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi you may use is provided by a customer supplied Wi-Fi router. Our Internet Technician has informed you that we believe your Wi-Fi router is the cause of the problems you are having. That said, if you are still having issues not caused by your Wi-Fi router, we are more than happy to assist you if you call us and let us know about the problem.
