        Really upset about the new no chairs on balcony rule. I pay extra to live here and have an apartment with a patio and I love to sit outside & now I cant. My chairs are metal and I have no room for them inside and since they were a gift I dont want to throw them away either. Im really sad because my patio is my happy place. Not sure what sparked the new rule. I dont think chairs should make it seem any less uniform make a rule about hanging stuff but chairs??? its a patio, theyre supposed to have chairs

        Maintenance takes forever and the office staff is rude and never answers or returns calls. Also, see the notice regarding nothing being on windows or patios. Maintenance already takes forever and now somehow they will have time to replace all the broken blinds around the complex? What about the poor window and door weatherproofing? If I cant hang curtains over the windows, the apartment will be the same temperature it is outside. These new rules are so ridiculous I cant believe no one had a second thought while printing out and disseminating the flyers. So if youre ok with paying 1700 a month for an old rundown apartment, no maintenance, and being treated like a child, this is your place.

        If you want to pay 1500 a month for amenities youre not even allowed to use, this is the place for you!!! New management sucks. If Im paying for a balcony I better be able to use my balcony. Its getting absolutely rediculous here and I hope everyone speaks up. Only person with a brain on his shoulders there is Armon. Their reason behind no furniture on the balconies is they want a uniform look I want to be able to sit outside on my own damn patio and not get splinters sitting on the old wood the patios are made out of. I understand grills, but CHAIRS??? Get serious. Not to mention Ive needed maintenance help for the last six months and everytime I call theyre working on finding someone dont waste your money. Shout out to Armon. Hes a trooper for putting up with the new people in charge & all the angry tenants because of their stupid decisions.
