I definitely feel like for the price(1260, 2b 1 bath) we don't get much and the layout of the apartments aren't the best but they are clean and well kept just with cheap products. Our main problem is neighbors,Plus it's like they "the landlords" don't want to get involved in any thing we have extremely loud neighbors and have been dealing with it almost daily for months(especially late at night) they've done nothing about it, basically said take care of it yourself we'll just send a letter. And nothing has changed. Like imagine leaving the ghetto just to pay more to almost deal with the same stuff i know some apartments dont tolerate noise complaints but these don't care.

my husband and i have been here for 4 years now they were excellent they always raised the rent but not more than 15 a year now its like 50 a year it was reasonable at first but now we are paying 1030 for a 2 bedroom its a rip our guess is because of covid let it go the only good things is each apt has their own storage unit major plus and the minus is there is only 1 washer and dryer downstairs they are 1.50 or 1.75 each i dont recall my husband does the laundry close to places major plus personally though we are ready to move on just waiting for the right plce lower the rent back to 800.00 and its worth it to stay also bring back tray the maintence guy now wont do his job without running to

This place is getting 1 star. For several reasons , the apartments are nice but not nice enough for the price. The inside looks good but is cheaply put together. I stayed here for a year and ran into several inconsistencies. My building consistently smelled like marijuana despite a no smoking rule and to make matters worst I used to get notes on my door about it as if I was the smoker !! Which I cant help but think that was because of my skin color. Also I work from home and had electric shut off which notice on two different occasions. Not to mention when I moved out I was charged over 600 to replace carpets that indeed did not need to be replaced! I even had them cleaned before i moved out along with cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. This place is a scam! Try any other apartment in saint charles!
