My family loves living in this community. Kate, Laura and Heather do a great job making sure our building stays in great shape and making sure the residents have a great time by putting together fun events.

This is an extremely beautiful property with up-to-date technology relevant for today. I'm told it's considered a 15 minute city. Everything is literally at your fingertips including health & Fitness. Definitely a property on the rise.

Such a beautiful, clean and welcoming apartment complex. I absolutely love living here! The building is so well maintained and flawless. They have a beautiful pool and workout facility. I absolutely love the shared workspace room. They have plenty of space to just hangout, relax or work. Theres an awesome coffee/tea machine with a lot of varieties of coffee and tea along with other beverages. The office staff is just lovely, very welcoming and available. You will LOVE living here!

The experience of Heather showing us the 2 bedroom apartment is unmatched! She was so accommodating and real! I loved her attitude she was wonderful to work with! You guys have a great one working on sales to the property!
