We just moved in within the last week and I can honestly say that we love it. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful, the appliances are nice and moderately up to date. The maintenance workers were very prompt when I had any complaints or questions, we plan to stay here for awhile.

We have lived in cedarbrook apartments for a few months now and we are really enjoying it. The layout is nice, bedroom sizes are decent, the all hard wood flooring is awesome! Having your own private basement is really great to have for storage and laundry. Maintenance is quick when you need them! Great location for shopping has everything you need around! I highly recommend!

Overpriced, too many issues, hope you get an upstairs apartment, because you will hear just about everything from your upstairs neighbor. There is no actual office. Just an empty apartment called "the office"
IF you want to speak to a manager, then you have to drive to a completely different apartment complex. I guess $1500 a month rent isn't enough to afford an actual apartment manager.
I lived here for 1 year, they tried to change my rent from $1100 to $1500. Even though the apartment had multiple problems.
After I moved back out, they stole my deposit and sent me a $1200 bill for and I quote "Not giving a full 30 day notice"
So get this, I told them 15 days before I moved out,
"I will be moving out on the day Im supposed to move out"
Apparently that gives them an excuse to steal my money and send me a bill.
If you want your money and/or sanity. Stay away from Cedarbrook apartments, and st andrews apartment.

We lived there 9 years they were great place too live. But as years went on less was done for repair. It took them for every too fix things. No Manger on site no maintenance man. And the one they did have would say he knock on door but would walk in on you. I was sleeping one time and if I had not had my dog by me the dog would of bite him. I was told after 9 years we would get our deposit back. I left place nice it need new carpet manager said no problem it had all new blinds. When we moved yet out of $800.00 deposit we got back $67.00 what a rip off.we paid $1150.00 rent and they charge you for hall lights out side lights it in the fine print of lease. They charge for everything. Would I say rent there, yes if you want no services and high rent. And no repairs. Don Rose

Cedarbrook is a nice, quiet complex. The apartments are good sized, and I like having a large, private basement for our laundry and storage. Maintenance has been very quick to respond, and the manager has always been very helpful and polite. They are located right off highway 70, so it's easy to just hop on the highway and head to work in the mornings, and there are a ton of stores and restaurants close by.
